Fishy Lumpia

Mix flaked cooked fish meat (best to use leftovers), minced onion, carrot, garlic (optional) and pickles (optional).

Place filling in lumpia wrappers and roll tightly. Use cornstarch and water to seal the lumpia.

Deep fry lumpia in oil until brown.
