Sinangag Mix!

Heat some sunflower oil in a pan. Saute the following in order: minced garlic, scrambled egg, green peas and carrots. Add cooked rice. Mix until the rice is slightly brown. Season with salt and pepper.

Ginataang Pinakbet

Brown diced pork in oil. Set aside. Saute garlic, onion, diced tomatoes in the same pan and combine the pork. Add shrimp paste (as much as you like) and hot pepper (optional), followed by the squash and coconut milk (about 2 cups) and a cup of water. When squash is tender, add the aubergines and put the string beans last. simmer until vegetables are cooked.
