Heat oil and butter in a pot. Saute garlic and onions. Add grated potatoes and carrots. Put some water and bring to a boil. Simmer for 15 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and lime extract.
Recipe for being a Good Cook:
1 bowl of imagination,
1 cup of common sense,
2 tbsp of originality, and
a dash of sense of humor.
Measuring is done in the classroom. In my kitchen all you need is LOVE.
Remember, cooking is an Art.
